Overview

I worked with Red Lobster, one of the largest national seafood restaurant chains in the country, to help their human resources department manage their internal analytics. We built a web-based application that allowed them to track: open vs. closed requisitions, applicant to offer letter ratio, timeline of hiring processes, and comparative analysis of recruiters and talent acquisition professionals.
